Nii Ato holds master’s level training in mental health counseling, allowing him to provide holistic support by creating space for the personal, professional, & psychological in his work with clients.
He has over 10 years experience in the career development space, including 5+ years as the Sr. Career Advisor at Ivy Exec, an online professional development platform, where he provided job search, resume, and career guidance to over 5,000 global clients spanning mid-career professionals up to C-suite executives — across industries.
Nii Ato earned his BA in Psychology from Hamilton College and MA & Ed.M. degrees in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Nii Ato was born in London, raised in NYC, finished high school in Accra, Ghana, and spent a full year studying abroad in Paris. He is a husband, a father to a wonderful 9-year old girl, & a frustrated but passionate Arsenal fan.
